(01)Signs

How to spot bedbugs early.

Bedbugs hide in seams, joints and cracks close to where people sleep. We inspect every likely hiding spot, treat in planned visits and guide you through preparation in between.

  1. 1

    Bites after sleeping

Itchy bites in lines or clusters on arms, neck or legs that appear overnight.

  2. 2

    Spots on bedding

Small rust-coloured or dark spots on sheets, pillow covers and mattress seams.

  3. 3

    Shed skins and eggs

Pale, papery skins and tiny white eggs in seams, joints and crevices.

  4. 4

    Live bugs

Flat, reddish-brown insects about the size of an apple seed, mostly hidden by day.

(06)Questions

Common questions.

Why does bedbug treatment need more than one visit?

Bedbug eggs are much harder to treat than adults. A follow-up visit catches bugs that hatch after the first treatment, which is what actually ends the infestation.

Can I sleep in my room after treatment?

The technician will tell you when it is fine to re-enter. In most cases you can sleep in the room the same night once it has aired.

Will throwing away the mattress fix the problem?

Usually not. Bedbugs also hide in bed frames, furniture and wall cracks, so a new mattress is often re-infested.

How did we get bedbugs?

They usually arrive through travel, luggage, second-hand furniture or visitors. Having bedbugs is not a sign of an unclean home.

Do you treat hostels, PGs and hotels?

Yes. For multi-room premises we plan treatment room by room and schedule checks. Mention the number of rooms in your request.
